On the first day of week 15 we went to Homestead. In Homestead we were syaying in a really nice and big house. The area around it was really, really nice. So what we did was go to the Everglades where we went on a tour that showed 7 alligators! We may have only been able to see half of their body but that still counts. Then we started to head back to shore. After seeing 7 alligators we saw another alligator and a turtle eating a flower! I will show some more photos of what else we saw.

Then we went back home to do my blog and play a round of 5 Crowns (that’s a card game we really like). We then went to bed.
On the next day we had a big driving day to Key West. Something we did on the way was stop at a 5 for $10 t-shirts, so we had to stop. 10 mins later… we came out with 5 matching shirts! We had then arrived in Key West. In Key West we walked everywhere. There were so many shops that had really low prices for pretty good things. I had just put the most delicious thing in the whole entire world in my mouth! It was a lime pie. I wish I could have ♾️ more.

On Tuesday we had a chill afternoon. I loooooovvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeee chill days so much because I get to go on my IPad or something like that. But sadly we had to end the day with a plane flight which meant no more chill time. It is so sad I could….. ummm…. oooh got it, I could die! That’s how much I like chill time. So then we started to head off to the airport which took about 1 hour.
We then got in a car and drove to Memphis. Memphis is definitely one thing on my bucket list. I don’t really now why but it just is. Anyway, half way to Memphis at lunch time we stopped next to McDonalds, so I thought we were going to eat there but instead we had sandwiches which were not the best, so I went to the bathroom in McDonalds and when I came out dad was waiting for something so I asked “are you getting a coffee?” And he said yes. That was when I got suspicious because dad never drinks coffee in the afternoon! Hhhhmmmm! I wonder. And then I heard the number “946!” So I ran over becuase that was our number. But when I saw it I didn’t see a coffee but I did see a happy meal. So I looked back at dad and he said pick up the happy meal, so I did and it was for me!! Yay!!!! Then we were back in the car with the little miss happy meal! The end.
Hahaha!! you fell for it, it is not the end! It’s just the beginning!
Anyway, we had just arrived in Memphis. We were all really tired. So we went to bed.
In the morning we went and saw ducks come out of an elavator and go wondering into a pond! Then after seeing the most cutest thing we went to go and see where Martin Luther King got killed (he was the person who was famous for helping black people get equal rights). He was a very important person. I was really excited for the afternoon becuase we were doing some really cool things. Some of those things we were going to do was go to the BB King Blues Club, which was really fun. What we also did was go to another blues club and do dancing and play magic tricks on family. It was so fun! Then we went to bed.

On the next day we went to an Elvis museum which was really cool! We littraly saw Elvis’ grave! It was so cool. Some of you might not know who Elvis is. Right? Ok, well I guess that means I will have to tell some fun fact about him:
1. Elvis was called the king becuase he was nearly the first person to make up rock-n-roll music
2. Elvis is in 31 movies
3. He died at the age of 42. Elvis died at the age of 42 because he had a heart attack, which is very sad.

On Friday I did some school work and then we drove to Jackson. 🎵were going to Jackson🎵. That’s a song we played on the way there. It was a pretty fun drive. Then we didn’t do much at all in the afternoon. So we had a chill afternoon! yay! And for dinner we felt like nachos, so mum and Gram (my grandma) made nachos. Whoop whoop! Then we went to bed. Aawwww!
I hope you liked this week’s blog. Thankyou!
